I have spent hours trying to get the stock off mine. I removed every screw, but make sure you use a proper turn screw a screwdriver makes on hell of a mess :yp:

I bought a pistol from there back in january, the seals went and I sent it back. all seemed well then

I have a soft pistol case that I bought a bit back and the gun I bought it for broke so I now have no use for this.
Its 9" overall from zip to zip
5.5" to the widest internal point across
and 8" lengthways.
Looking for £7 posted
Also a pot of 1540 SMK premium grade steel bb's .177
Again these were for the gun that broke, I have used proberly 80 odd so roughly 1460 left

AyAs are some of the best budget ones around (in my mind) You would be looking at a good yeoman/No.3 for that sort of budget or a slightly more used No.4

I picked up my 2240 this morning and spend a bit of time fiddling with it to make it into more of a ratbuster, the torch was a bit of an after thought because I had it kicking around I thought I would pop it on. I have ordered a scilencer adaptor to put my weirauch silencer onto it. then its watch out rats
-
I'm going to pick one up tommorow hopefully

Mine was great, worked fine 21-36 being the biggest I put through it. it didnt like 65mm but 67/70mm were fine. I sold just because I wanted something that I could take on a driven shoot and rather reget it now

Don't talk stoopid
Why would he celebrate a Mig...It is a British Lightning ***
Of course mig just popped into my mind
-
Clarkson's is a mig I think
-
Its really for shooting rats and ferals in farm buildings where I can used my air rifle in case I miss.
Im thinking of creating something along the lines of this (without the wooden grips)I have the HW silencer and pop a red dot on top

Well the more you spend the faster you go
A can am outlander 800 will do 70mph there about 9-10K
a tweaked kawasaki 750 will do 80-90mph
and I know for sure that a yamaha grizzly will do 73 and make your trousers messy
and the honda foreman 400 does 35-40mph
Its only really the big bores that go like that but they are £££ to buy and £££ to insure so along the lines of a 350 would be better
Stick to a 2nd hand honda, yamaha, suzuki ,kawi etc rather than a new shineray or something cheap and ****** which would just be a deathtrapand bits will be easier to get and you will proberly need them less often, the apache utilitys are meant to be pretty **** aswell

I reckon it would be around 300 as thats the figure that keeps popping up for me. Definatly reg it as agricultrual free tax and no mot with gay power limits (if reged as a quadricycle)
If it is ag reg then some companies say your only allowed to go 7 miles from place of origin but with the nfu you could in theory drive round the world there is no limit on how many miles you go and thats quite important
and you want a quad that does more than 40 because its very very slow otherwise

I use my 2240 rat-buster for accurate garden shooting and humane dispatch - which it does very well.
It is, of course, a single-shot - which might inhibit you if you just want to blast away at targets
I have a bit of a rat problem at the mo and I think a fullish power single shot will be more useful
Do you reckon you could take down a rat at 10-15yrd

I have just had a second thought about the eb17 its either that in 2nd hand form or a new 2240 ratbuster in .22 which i can get an adaptor and put the scilencer off my winerack onto and maybe a stock
What do ye reckon the the 2240 v eb17

They were/are made by f.a.i.r and are the same as a browning medalist. mine is a 1995 12b, it doesnt have the schnabel forend and has the barrel selctor buit into the saftey. if you have the serial no. email fair. they got back to me pretty quick
