    The new versions of android have an app killer (task manager) pre installed.

     

    The main thing you need to do (IMO) is put some widgets on the main screen.

    I always have task manager and powerbar.

     

    Can you put the default task manager as a widget?

    You need a FAC to get a air rifle in N Ireland. The same process as for a .22 rimfire ect. The licence specifies on lands that the shooter has lawful authority to shoot over. The holder must ensure that the land is suitable for this type and caliber of firearm and the use of this firearm on the land presents no danger to the public. I suppose if you had a big enough garden with no neighbours close you might be OK.

    And if you only have target shooting on your FAC for it, shooting in your garden is an even bigger nono :(

    This is definitely the answer. We don't have the same attitude here though. Most UK shooters are far too protective of their own little empires and are unwilling to look at the bigger picture. Lots of shooters have been all too willing to sell out other shooters to save their own discipline. Semi-auto rifle and pistol shooters got precious little support from shotgunners after Hungerford and Dunblane. After the former in event even the NRA was willing to throw semi-auto rifle shooters to the wolves despite the fact that it would mean that civilians would be unable to practice with the service weapon of the day which is, in fact, the whole point of the NRA's existence! More shotgunners were affected by legislation changes in 1988 than semi-auto rifle shooters so their lack of support cost them also.

     

    Things may change in the future but getting a united front on the part of shooters is a significantly more difficult task them simply attracting more shooters.

    I am extremely cautious when it comes to firearm security. It only takes the wrong person to catch a glimpse of a case or slip and they twig on. Where did you get the statistics ordnance? Would be interesting to know what types of firearms have been stolen in each district over the last 5 years, and how they were stolen.

    Local catholic comp to Christ college Cambidge studying astro physics. My boy has done me proud! And now I'm paying for it! Granted he's a gifted lad but I truly belive you get out what your prepared to put in at school
