thanks i will try to set it up with the pads set,, they do seen small however,, and when i looked on kranks there seemed to be odd sizes of flint,,

hi i have a 10 bore brown bess 1813,, the flint is striking just under half way up..is this right? is it my flint,,its not for shooting,,its for show however i do want it to look right,, did they use leather or lead to secure the flint? thanks for any info..
