Same as mate, Far to much beech and acorns to eat. Also lack of wind not helping. Rape will come into it's own soon though Which part of Kent are you from i'm from sidcup and shoot the eynsford valley, but the way things are going at the moment i think i'm gonna start looking further afield for woodies.

i have been shooting over rape for the past two months now in kent, it's been a complete waste of time, i have noticed in the past week now very big flocks but they have no interest in the rape, still too much food in the woods and hedgerows i guess, anyone else in kent having much luck on rape?
