Is there a non return valve in the supply pipework that could be stuck? It does seem like a very unusual fault, for something to be obstructing a mains pressure pipe completely. There hasn't been a blending valve fitted to the system has there? Unlikely but clutching at straws without seeing the installation.

Either valve shut on boiler feed? Or heat exchanger blocked?

Been today, really enjoyed a day with the family, there were more smaller country clothing stores that were willing to barter and good to see premier guns with a good stand, the kids really enjoyed the main ring entertainment and although steep enterance fees the discounts off the bits swmbo bought made up for it. The clay line didn't look overly busy either.

I have installed a few different systems, although not the retro fit type, but if you get intouch with these www.ukunderfloorheating.co.uk
I'm sure they will be happy to help/quote. I have used them on the last few projects and there service has been great and very competitive, if you can get a drawing to them they will design a system to suit.

Just remember "One on top of two", I'm not saying it's easy but if you get your setting out right and take your time it's not that hard.
I am just finishing a garage extention where I was just going to attempt to go up to the damp proof course then let a friend take over, but he got too busy so I carried on. Now 3000 bricks and equivalent blocks up and I'm suitably satisfied with the results.
Don't get me wrong it's not easy to start but it does get easier!
Best of luck.

At my kids school they have banned them in the playground, but are allowed them in class apparently as they are a stress relief tool? All sounds a bit odd to me!

I will search out and see if I can find a site or two right on a beach.
We do have plenty of guests who walk to the beach from here everyday. Door to sand I can be on the beach in less than 15 mins and the same with the village but with kids and beach gear it can be a bit more of an effort.
I hope wherever you stay we can have a catch up when your down this way.
I agree it's a beautiful walk through the golf course, and yours is a great place to stay, we have enjoyed some great weeks there and would recommend to anyone, I'm sure where ever we stay a customary couple of pints in the watering hole won't be unheard of.
Thanks for the suggestions so far.

Looking for suggestions for a site preferably within walking distance to a town/beach or just a pub!, after doing the last few years at tollgate farm (rimfires place) and that's been ideal with just a short drive (with young kids and beach gear) now the kids are a little older it would be ideal to just walk there. I have also had a look at Devon but don't know the area very well, so over to the PW massive for idea's please

These are all brand new, the radio is boxed but I threw the charger and battery boxes. Sensible offers considered
-
It's the M18 JSR, the charger is the rapid charge suitable for both types of battery.
-
Brand new site radio with 18v 4ah battery and charger, never used in anger. Radio has auxiliary connection and USB phone charger. £130 collection preferred but can post at cost.
-
Back available due to time waster. Open to sensible offers.

The pump on the boiler will pull up to a metre in height I believe before the need of a tiger loop (de airiater), the pipework should be OK with 10mm Pipe although check the manufacturers instructions for the boiler, as distances can change the pipe size required.

Thanks for the replies, I'll get back onto the dealers.
Thanks

lazy starter motor I would think when I had my Jeep XJ that was always slow to start everyone that I got to look at it said it was the battery needed charging up load of rubish in the end I splashed out and had a new starter fitted and problem solved that is the trouble with asking so called experts and not trusting your own judgment .
Is there a way I can test this theory without buying a new one, as it's still under warranty, the dealers have allegedly checked all these but have been unable to show any worksheets to prove/disprove.

mine has just a plain white battery with a black top, no labels on the sides that I can see, sticker on the top says 20HR 68AH 582A, embossed on the top is 80D26L, only embossing on the sides that I can see are the level marks
Thanks for that, it seems it's the same one as mine I am just trying to get my head around it, have you had any problems with yours?
-
The dealers have had it back a few times but it continues to fail to start occasionally, the battery is good apparently. I have checked online using the reg number and it is suggesting a higher amp hour and a greater cca, I just wanted to clarify the original battery is as spec on all shoguns, if that makes any sense.
