im going to high newton/seahouses for my hols at the end of july for a couple of weeks just wondering if there is any kind people in the area that would be willing to take me shooting with them i would get the beers in

thought i would share this my mates hw80 was underpower(9.5ftlb) so decided to change to the spring and piston washer he went to get one came back with one of those big ones! put a few shots through and was 18.5ftlb!and not dieseling so he went back to the shop got another much smaller 15ftlb! so now hes put the old one back and one is on order from hull cartridge via the gunshop just a word of warning if you are thinking of putting a new one in put it through the chrony!

thanks for the info tried it again with 14.7 pellets and it comes out with 11.7 ft lb!

hi i have just been given a webly raider to play with was gathering dust at a mates its a single shot looks fairly old charged it to 190 bar and put it through the chrony its only pumping out 10.5 ft lb is this what they do? sure my chrony is correct my crosman pistol is showing 5.1ft lb i am using light pellets rws flat heads could this be the reason? going to get my hw80 back from my mates and check that to take the chrony out of the equation any advice would be great..

just been given an old crosman backpacker 1389 must be over 15 year old wont fire but goin to try and restore it! is anyone familar with crosman? im sure its the same inside as the 1377(pistol) as i cant seem to find parts for the 1389 been on a few american sites and claim they can get some good vels out of one 700 fps 177 would the backpacker classed as a rifle or pistol?it has a detachable stock any advise would be great thanks

I beleive AA BOUGHT Falcon but as far as i am aware it's the same people making them nothing changed but the ownership. And YES the FN8 can be tweaked DIY maybe a bit TOO easy They are almost identical to the FN12 andf FN19 but obviously on a smaller scale. thanks mate Word of warning though i WOULDN'T tune right to the 6FPE limit i would stay about 5.6 to be on the safe side. does anyone own or used one of these pistols? have falcon been took over from air arms? is the current version the same pistol?can only find it on uttings decent price though. can it be tweaked to be bang on 6ft lb(diy) or is it near as already? thanks lads

hi anyone use or have used a nv scope on there air rifle? thinking of getting one but know nothing about them! dont fancy paying for something that costs more than my rifles to put them on them! or is it worth the dosh? sent a similar post on **** which im sure some of you guys are on
