I only own two gundogs. But I have 4 dogs and a Foster.
This is my pride and joy, my first gundog. Louie. He's a 2 year old Springer x Lab - working lines from both. He's trained up in obedience, gun dog and trick training.
This one is my newest one. I consider Louie the guinea pig, this one is going to be just a gun dog, the plan is to work through the grading so she can be entered into field trials, but she'll be trained in obedience too as well as a spot of agility. This is Louie's half Sister, Pennie. She's just turned 8 months old.
Now for the none gun dogs.
Here is my eldest, the dog I have so much to be thankful for. Sadie. She's turning 11 at the end of this month. Border Collie x Jack Russell Terrier.
My OH's dog. A Shepherd Mix, 8-9 years old. Benjie.
And lastly, my foster dog. Jack, Shepherd, Staffie, Lab mix. 9 years old.
And one of them all together - an unsuccessful one I should add.. ignore the little dog, she was on holiday with us.
Thanks for looking.

Hey there,
My name is Aimee. I've just started out in the shooting world. I used to be all pink and fluffy and nothing should be harmed, hunters were evil, yada yada yada.. that all changed with my now 2 year old gun dog, Louie. Basically I thought he'd be content with basic training and a few walks a day. HOW wrong was I!? At about 9 months old I enrolled him in Obedience class, then I started gundog training him. And now at 2 years old he is ready for his first shoot. However, and this is why I joined, I haven't had the chance to get him on a shoot. So is there anyone in the Notts area that would allow a newbie and her novice dog to join them on a rough shoot? He's really just a dog for rough shooting, none of these posh shoots.. Oh and he's been worked on cold Pigeon..
Anyone wanna give a girl a chance?
feeding RAW

I feed raw. In fact I have written a guide on it. A very basic one of course. I feed both my gundogs on raw for £10 a week - I don't get many freebies so I'm using a supplier.
I feed both 2% of their body weight daily. Their weekly menu consists of Beef chunks, Minced offal, Chicken Carcasses, Turkey necks and Tripe. They get RMB's (Raw meaty bones) 3 times a week. They get Fish and Heart once a week also.
I supplement with Garlic tablets (the smelly ones, not odourless) to repel fleas and ticks.
If anyone would like my basic guide I don't mind emailing it to you..
