It seems strange that a TV drama about the scandal should bring up the rage against the miscarriage of justice when not much was said by the public during the trials of the postmasters/mistresses just shows how putting it on TV right in peoples faces shows up our hierarchy and the way blame is laid

Lots of cash going into the system? When the error was found one postmistress rang the PO helpline went through the days figures with her guidance and the error increased her answer? it will sort itself out and no one at the helpline said anything even when more errors were being flagged up OOWEE 2plus 2 equals 4 horizon said 5 and this throws all totals out of kilter was the system adding up in yen dollars euros or pounds ? did anyone check?

All the letters in the tabloids condemning the treatment of the postmasters/mistresses still miss the point no.one from gov. post office hierarchy witnesses etc. who lied will not be prosecuted or face jail time Vennells will not give her OBE back which if she had any thought for what was done in her name as PO boss would not have accepted it in the fiest instance but this is how the hierarchy of our country works

No one in high office will ever go to jail for any crime in this country that,s what us "plebs " are here for. How many people from high office are going to jail over this fiasco? i thought that once the verdicts against those convicted was overturned it gave the police the chance to go after the liars who committed perjury alas will never happen and the post masters /mistresses that died due to the lies and sress of it will never see closure and their good names cleared and records cleared

If Cameron had done the job right and did along with the Civil Servants and implemented leave as he was mandated to do we would be free of all the rules red tape and be free to trade openly without interferance from Brussells and OWAIN we voted to join a Common Market but when the goalposts changed we had no vote to accept the change and the Brexit vote was the first vote any Government since the 70,s had given us as they all thought we were brainless knuckle draggers and did not know what the EU was all about How many times did Ireland vote until they "voted the right way to join the EU" Are you happy to have leaders who no one has voted for telling you how to run your life? WE HAVE NEVER VOTED FOR A EUROPEAN PRESIDENT BUT WE HAVE NOT 1 BUT 2 ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER EUROCRATS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ELECTED AND THE POPULACE OF EUROPE CANNOT GET RID OF THEM JUST LIKE IN A COMMUNIST STATE IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT? look around what do we make ? All our cars/vans are french italian or german white goods german this all cameabout in the ,80,s when no traing for work was done here and the Commom Market loved it they could veto our exports to France sheep lorries being burnt on the docks and French police standing watching? read your history books what this country had and lost since joining the club and who benifitted from it not us

They come to this country are welcomed with open arms then riot and this is only done because of woke idiots gov civil service past and present allowing it to flourish. If this happened in their own countries jail or worse would happen here? warm bed and food and allowed to carry on and not a word from politicians of any party why?

Waking up to the fact that our politicians did not want Brexit the civil servants did not want Brexit so who was going to implement it properly? We have been gaining steady trade with out EU help if we could get away from them completely it could be very good.If heaven forbid Labour win and they take us back in we will lose the Pound and prices will rise even more; Look at when Holland prices doubled overnight This is the real wakeup call

I agree with Vince alot of East Europeans drive their own cars on non English Licences non English no. plates and usually tax insurance mot as well Leaving the country for a number of days each year means not permanent residence and going by the costs of ins. tax mot etc it works out cheaper than here ps MOT CT in France is 20 euros for 2yrs mot here it would be £110.00 a big saving plus is the test in the EU countries all to the same standard as ours? France has differing laws to us kids aged 14 can ride twist and go mopeds (max 25 mph) no licence req. Won,t happen hear too much money to lose

All the *proper jobs* for most people were lost when we joined the Common Market in the *70,s and influx of cheap unskilled workers our own refusing to work it is no surprising that the jobs get fewer and fewer when all the tech apprentice schools closed and recruits were sourced abroad instead of keeping it all inhouse hence low wages and because of demand high unsustainable rents / house prices. Look to France for examples of prices For £190k a farmhouse in 20 acres can be bought price here nearly £1mill.

Isee their is a program on tv about the Horizon scandel which put Postmasters/mistresses into jail for mistakes in bookkeeping i wonder if the true human cost will be shown and the true way the Gov. treated them or willit be biased and the truth not shown

A oity we cannot vote for Civil Servants we might get the ones that will do the voters bidding instead of the same crew using their woke agenda to baffle and ignore us (we are the ones paying their wages) We change Gov. every 5 yrs but we do not change the Civil Service even when they screw up by not doing the best for the country and more important the voters

The UN formed the State of Israel and now does not know how to solve the situation with Hamas the dictatorship controlling the area and people of Gaza and it does not help when teachers here brainwash kids as young as 7 to support murder of innocent babies by a terror organnisation when in fact they should be taught an unbiased view and let them judge the truth for themselves as this is what teaching should be about not a one sided view by those in charge

With what is surfacing now how many other scandals involving self regulating bodies will come to light exposing the hierarchy denying any wrong doing and people being wrongly accused/ jailed this could be the tip of a very big iceberg
