Think im going to go to macavoys on monday. Ive been leaning towards a bettinsoli or a lanber second hand. From what ive heard there supposed to be good starters if they fit right.

So, does anyone know of any stores near Liverpool? I'm looking at getting an o/u for clays. My max is maybe 500-600 I'd rather not spend that but I want something decent. What brands do people recommend for that price (open to second hand). Finally is there anywhere near Liverpool I can get my hands on a few and get fitted? So stores and gun recommendations please.

Yer, ill aply in the next couple of weeks and look at getting a case round christmas.

Just looked at there site 80 isnt a bad price, think I can spare that on my next pay check. Ill look at applying in the next week or so. I dont need a case until my SGC comes through and I can install it, ring the police and they will check it and hand me my SGC if im correct?

Thanks for the replys, Rainford and altcar are the closest but Rainford wants a license so I need to apply and get a cabnet wich I can't really afford right now, maybe next year in the summer that might happen. So I think I'll see about altcar first. Also one question even tho it's a while away, when applying for a license do I need a reference or a mentor? Thanks Ryan

Hi, Looking to see if there are any clubs near Liverpool or southport? I'm from bootle so inbetween. I have searched the forums but the only topic I could find is dated and the website also seem dated so not sure if they are still up. So if anyone shoots round here can you let me know. Also don't own a gun, so clubs were I could rent or hire preferably, Thanks Ryan
