  1. I had a coaching lesson there the week before last with Brett Davies. Paid for time & materials as I took my own carts. (£71 for the hour and I shot 70 carts) He told me to remove my bead and change my bottom barrel choke to a 1/4. I've improved since then by 20%. Amazing what a different point of view makes. I shall definately book another lesson with Brett next time I am home. It was a nice ground. The shop has a lot in it as well, from hats, jackets etc through to new and used guns.
  2. Thanks for the info! Has anyone ever had problems with wind noise - talking about the ear defence before you all start!.. , or battery corrosion, etc? Do they give a beep if you havent turned them off, that sort of thing. Are the volume control ones better than the 2 settings type ones? Any advice greatfully received. I'd rather be fully informed than spend coin that could have been better spent.
  3. Hi folks, I'm looking at purchasing some in-ear hearing defence for clay shooting. I constantly find that I knock my current over ear ones against the stock and have to push them upwards. So, I've been looking around and think I have settled on buying a pair of CENS ProFlex Digital 2 or maybe the Hunter ones. I'm interested on peoples views of these and opinions of other brands; comfort, noise suppression, cost, etc. Please post your views. Many thanks
  4. I had the same problem with my Beretta. Had a gun fitting session Welsh Warrior (DM Shooting) and it turns out my Beretta is a little short for me. An extension pad sorted it. Just wanted to also say thanks to DM as I noticed an improvement in my shooting this w/e.
  5. Whenever paying out money, I'm always thinking how many boxes of cartridges that would be!
