  1. Its non-fac mate, and as they are so easily adjusted to silly levels, just to be safe , it will be sold at 9fpe. Cheers! Tim.
  2. This is tip top condition, comes with original reciept, owned from new by me, with silencer, bipod, fill adapter and laptop bag. £290 all in.
  3. Hi James, it is the fixed 12mag by 50mm obj lens. Hope this helps mate, Stink£r.
  4. As above folks, it the platinum nighteater scope, its fixed 12mag, boxed, comes with 30mm mounts, 100mm sidewheel and sunshade. As new it would set you back £175. I'm after £100 collected. Selling due to too many rifles and scopes and having a clear out. And happy new year folks.
  5. Morning folks. As above its in .22 flavour. I got it from a guy in Leeds, and to say it was rough is an understatment!!! However, after a bit of work she shoots sweet now. Blasted plenty of rabbits with it and scored in the top 3 in our local HFT fun shoot, so it is back on form! The blueing has flaked on the scope rails (before I owned it!!). The underleaver latch was missing too, but I machined up an end cap (under the cap ring is 1/2" UNF-Silencer ready ) and fitted the underlever latch to that. Its fitted into a brand new stock, the old one was knackered! Its in the photo's. it groups fine, but its excess to requirements now. As per the pics, I've highlighted the defect areas, I'm hiding nothing, try before you buy if you like. I know it has some tatty areas, so the price reflects it. £150 collected.
  6. Pics now sorted fellas. Bloody technology!!!
  7. Same one as before, buyer has failed to produce the money, so its up again for sale one last time before its trade in time at the gun shop. It a .22 stealth from Pickering air guns, as new, had silencer mod done, so it is quiet, comes with laptop bag, bipod, and filling adapter, £275 collected, or trade/ p/x on a decent pistol (rohm, hw45, etc, etc) pics: Cheers folks, Tim.
  8. I was holding this for someone, but due to circumstances beyond anyones control, he has pulled, and it is up for sale now. Its a Gunpower stealth in .22, not a mark on it, rifle number 7132, set up by Pickering airguns (where it came from), top nick with modded silencer (nice and quiet) and bipod (bought second hand). £250 collected, or px /trade etc on a decent pistol. No pics as its new. Cheers folks, Tim.

    FAC Rated

depends WHO and how the power is "hiked up" I have two fac air guns a 30ftlb rapid that I recharge after 72 shots it will do more but no point, and 40ftlb rapid that I recharge after 55 shots more than enough for a bunny session, as usually one shot = one dead bunny.both my guns have 19" barrels 400cc cylinders, so are of "normal"length and balance, cheers KW The "normal"l I was referring to was the s410, daystate mk3 etc type resevoir, hence my point no.3 on the shot count. Clearly a 400cc bottle is going to give more shots than, say, a 90cc resevoir. Sorry mate, thats my fault by not making what I was saying clear. "hiked up". Obviously Joe Numbnuts is not going to up the power in his shed, unless he is an idiot. I would have thought this went without saying. And I would agree that 55 shots at FAC is more than enough. I was stating that for me 35 shots would not be enough, I like to check zero before going out and shoot a good few targets before I start hunting, so if I had 35 shots on tap, I'd use say 20-25 zeroing&targets, leaving about 10 shots left. For me personally, I would feel that 10 is a little low. Cheers Stinks.

    FAC Rated

I think the FAC thing agains goes to preference and personal requirements. If I was looking to go for FAC, it would come down to 3 things: 1.Reliability 2. Consisitancy 3. Shot count. The 3rd one is often overlooked matey, remember you are using a shed load more air when you hike up the power, most standard length rifle will only hold enough air for about 30-40 shots at FAC levels.

Why have they not been left behind yet then, after nearly 17 years with "the same design"? Bear in mind they made the first rapid 7 in 1989 I think it was. i.e. the first multi-shot pcp. They paved the way for the multi-shot revolution, and as for a design that has not changed , mark 1, mark 2, mfr, s-type, tactical, etc etc etc. we have a lot to thank them for. When was the last time you heard of a Super 10 win any hft prizes? Does that mean that they cannot go pellet on pellet? Rapids are and have always been awsome rifles, some people don't like them (me included, having owned one, and speaking from experience), but you can never say a rifle that capable is out of date. Accurate is accurate, age has no bearing on that fact, end of story.
