I'm looking for a CZ452 walnut stock for my 17hmr American, not the 22lr version. Must be in good condition and free from dents or scratches. I have a spotless synthetic stock which I would swap if someone wanted to change theirs. Let me know if you have one to sell or swap.

Just be sure to order the right stock. I believe Boyd's website has a good step by step guide by 452 model. The 2 action screws and no barrel lug is the American model.

I have a pair of Leupold QRW steel weaver bases for the T Bolt. Don't know if they're any good to you or not. They came with a set of Leupold QRW rings that I bought, but I don't have a T Bolt.

As above. If the issue is only with the first round from a 10 round mag. Only loading 9 should sort it. If the issue is with more than the first round then they may not be seating in the mag at the correct angle for the bullet nose to enter the chamber when the bolt is closed. Make sure the magazine is clean and the spring and follower are operating smoothly. Insert a loaded mag (with safety in mind) and with the bolt to the rear visually check the position of the bullet nose. Slowly close the bolt watching where the nose is going. If not entering the chamber cleanly a small tweak of the magazine lips should fix the problem.

Yes try those bsa ultra mounts. Your 452 17hmr actually has an American 3/8" dovetail. This dovetail is measured at the bottom, not the top of the dovetail as is the case with European 11mm dovetails. The American should measure a fraction over 12mm across the top. The 13mm mounts should fit.
