Can anyone tell me if the 019 will charge the battery if it connected to my computer via the hdmi cable?

Hi Guys I am new to this forum so I hope I have done everything right. I do some pigeon shooting with a Winchester SX4 and Black Gold cartridges. Can any of you recommend some half decent ear defenders that dont cost a fortune. Been blasting away today and gave me a headache. Lekyrog
