Rape is my best crop to shoot! i dont really know why? There are no really different ways you can decoy them, i swear my the pigeon magnet because every time i have gone shooting with it in england i have always had great success.

[Decoys]

Hi people,

I have around about 12-13 decoys, i have just re-painted them because they were given to me with 3 big white stripes on their wings, so i have painted them with 1 stripe in each wing and 1 ring around it's neck!

What are the best decoys to use?

Does anyone have any decent websites with decent decoys on?

have never done much propper pigion shooting and i usaly borrow a big bag of decoys off a m8 of mine , all i know is to face them into the wind ,, what other things mite make my decoying more effective ?,, Thanks

My best patten is to have the wind behind me in the hide and put the first decoy dead in front of the hide about 10ft out and make a big wide V shape, thats of corse if you are right under the flight line!

May have a look into getting a crow call or something, what call attracts maggies, jays & crows the best?

If you put about 7 22.cal air rifle pellets in to an empty match box and rattle if often you will bring in the magpies!
