I have eaten pigeon in the past and have quite liked it. But you try and find a recipe book for this wholesome meat. It seemes a lot get thrown in the hedge rows for the foxes because people are not sure what to do with them,and I think this to be a pure waste

I am new to this my self but I have just bought a book that sujests that a v formation pointing towards your hide with the decs more or less pointing into the wind if it is windy if not any direction. they like to take off into the wind.
