Henry d, thank you, yes they are great dogs. Sonny has hunted and retrieved just about every game bird that we have over here. Choc, his son is just coming 2, he has a great nose and a lot of drive, I have great hope for him. Thank you all for the welcome, not sure just how much I can contribute to the forum, but will do my best. I would hope that some or all of you will drop over to the upland journal. Rodger

I have been using the bore snake in my shot guns for 3 or 4 years & have not seen any problems. They are great to use on extended hunting trips. I spray a little hoppes on the snake, drop it down the bore, pull it through, wipe the outside, and done. Rodger

Just found this web site and thought I would drop in and say Hi. Hope you guys don't mind a foreigner dropping in. I live in the state of Idaho in USA, I hunt mostly birds, grouse, chukar, & dove. I hunt over a pair of chessies & shoot sxs shotguns. I don't know just how often I will be on here but I enjoy reading your posts and looking at your pic's. I belong to a forum over here called the upland journal. It is surprising just how similar the two forums are. My name is Rodger, my dogs are sonny and choc.
