price has gone up since i last bought 1, £199 from ustas. well worth it though, i use it with gen2+ mono and shoot foxes out to 300yrds and can see them at well over 500yrds.

have u thought about an ir laser, i use dipol l3, lamps with filters just do not compare.

Not realy after more horsepower just a flater bullet, 243ai? does this take different bulllet to the norm? ive never seen these forsale. I have my 22.250 zerod 1.5 inch high at 100yrds, i hit mr foxy from 50yrds - 250yrds by aiming at it, 280yrds i have to aim top of back, 300yrds would be my max i wouldnt take a shot after that, i use a nightvision mono on bac of scope aswell so it makes it that bit harder for the longer ranges. wats the recoil diff between the 22.250 and 243, baring in mind my 22 has norm barrel and if i get a 243 it will be a heavy one?

Im looking at buying a custom rifle from rimfire magic, as the barrel in my t3 is just about shot, they seem to be quite cheap compared to some other places ive looked at on the net. Then ive got the problem of caliber? ive got a 22.250 now and can not fault it, but if i was to get a 243 and use same bullets, winchester ballistic silver tip 55gr the drop at 300yrds is an inch less compared to the 22.250 and the 243 wssm is nearly another inch less than that,wat to do? then theres the prise of the wssm's. this will beused as a foxing rifle.

Here are two pics 1 a vixon and the other a dog,the vixon was a nice chest shot at around 150yrds,and the dog was a head shot at 148yrds as it was lying on top of some hay bails,did get a 3rd but couldnt find it as it was in a bog and we got the fourtrak stuck,so i had to run to the farmers house before he went bed,this is usualy around 9.30,i got there 10.10 and luckily for us he was stil up,got the tractor out and came to the rescue,for his eforts i took a nice bottle of whiskey ronud for him this morning.

After being out for a few hrs on thursday night and seeing 5 foxes,and not getting 1 due to the wind changing direction all the time,we came across this little vixon in the last field we went in,she loved the call that much she didnt stop coming and we had to shout at her to get her to stop,when she did stop she sat down facing me at no more than 50yrds,so chest shot it was.

Got this vixon tonight,she was with her m8,he cleared off and didnt come back,{would you},should pic him up in a few days,looks like they are all paired up around here now,we seen another 2 pair and a single and were unlucky not to shoot another 2.

You just put them out of sight,in the bushes or somthing.

Two nice dogs from tonight,the one with the head shot iv seen it in the same field for the last 4-5 weeks now but as soon as you spot it with the lamp its off,but not tonight i caught it curled up in a ball napping,its now permently napping

Shot her friday night,head shot around 200yrds ,spotted her with the lamp got out of the 4x4 and on the bonnet with nv on and could not find her,bach on with the lamp and there she was,got her in the nv it was blowing a gale sideways on and could not keep the rifle still,she just lay down looking in my direction it took me ages to get steady,i eventuly squeezed one off to a glorious sound of the thud well more of a crack as it was a head shot,my first kill with the new 50grers,when i walked across the field to get her i found the reason why she just lay there and leg as they normally do on my shoot a freshly plucked pheasant,when i got to her i thought great a big dog,but when i checked it was a vixen,she was huge,i carryed her back to the jeep having to stop twice for a breather because she was that heavy,she was in excellent condition,check out the brush.

The first one i shot with my 22.250 using my last 40gr ballist tip bullet,winchester have stopped making the 40gr ers ******,ive now had to change to 50gr. The second fox was shot by my lamping partner and inlaw with his 243 using 100gr,ive had a t8 on my rifle for 2 years now and would never go back to unsilenced,so when he fired his unsilenced 243,i **** myself as i for got how loud a full bore rifle is,anyway he shot it head on in the chest and you can see where it came out and what a mess it made.

Is there a better supressor than a t8 reflex for a 308.Also what would be the best silencer for a 17hmr ive heard the sak is good.
