Hi all. Yes, using a shotgun to shoot over outdoor pigs. They don`t take any notice of the shooting at all. One thing to remember though, don`t put any real bird deeks in with the pigs cos the pigs will eat them!!!. A good point of entertainment is when the piglets, very cautiously, get brave enough to approach and inspect the flappers that we use!.

Well..........Blue Anchor wall offers comfortable fishing and I have had good results from Minehard Golf Links. Or we could try Chesil beach at Abbotsbury. Lots of decent codling being caught there at the moment......... Does anyone have a preference for day or night?

Interesting to see you guys are up for a bit of fishing! If anyone is up for a beach trip to the south coast or a codding trip to the Bristol Channel, let me know. Cheers................

Hi all. Went out with me brother on sunday morning for about 4hrs shooting over outdoor pigs. You wouldn`t believe how many piglets the crows kill. Anyway, we used half a dozen plastic deeks, managed to shoot a few and replace the plastic with real birds, put out two flappers and ended at lunchtime with 96 crows and jacks and three pigeons! Excellent sport! By the way, I am in Hampshire, near Winchester. Happy shooting............
