Just watched one of those "Top 40" type programmes. This was on health and diet myths.
One of the myths was about how healthy diet drinks are, then proceeded to rant on about how bad Aspartame is for you.
As a slight addict to diet coke, I have read most of the research from the " real" food agencies like the FDA in the US and the EFSA here in Europe have tested it many times and pronounced it safe.
All the negative stuff on the web seems to come from either people trying to sell you stuff or people with no formal medical qualifications and no real research.
