I have seen a previous post about this from way back in 2017, but was hoping to get some more up to date thoughts on the topic Has/ does anyone loft a flapper in the trees when they go roost shooting. Seems like it would be a brilliant way to focus the incoming birds on a specific location of the wood. Only issue in my head would be the weight of the flapper and dead bird at 30ft ! (would run a cable extension down from flapper to battery on floor)

Hi looking for a few guns this coming Sunday to cover woods for pigeon roost ,£10 per gun and it is a 1315hrs meet at mine and shoot until dark.If you book a spot and have to drop out can you let me know so other people can go cheers Fenny

Woodpigeon syndicate East Lincolnshire Due to large amounts of crop damage last year. Limited places available for a woodpigeon syndicate in East Lincolnshire. You may shoot syndicate land as many times as you wish. All members will be issued with field maps etc... Shooting over winter and spring drillings, late stubbles etc. Also approximately 2750 acres of winter rape. Total mixed cropping 6500 acres. Four syndicate roost shooting dates also included. Members can also control crows during this period. Advice on decoying bigger bags on winter rape will be given if required. Interested guns must have insurance and a shotgun certificate. Young guns are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Six months shooting and four roost shoots £195. Oct 1st - March 31st For further information please pm me.
