Well seeing as we are having such good weather at the moment I thought I would make the most of it and go for another days decoying. This time my mate was able to tag along. We found a field cut earlier in the week and the farmer had told us there was a lot of birds flighting about. We got set up about 9.30am and again today we thought we should move; the pigeons weren't seeing the rotary on their flightline so we moved to the middle of the field. This proved a success and by 4pm we had 35 woodpigeons, 7 feral pigeons, 14 rooks & 5 jackdaws in the bag. With some better shooting we could have had a lot more . Anyway another good day spent in the field with my mate and a happy farmer also. I hope you guys had a successful Saturday.
