Hi everyone, I recently purchased a second-hand Parker Hale o/u shotgun (Italian made in '81) but the action is very stiff to open/close especially when the ejectors have been triggered. I'd like to strip down the ejectors to clean them out thoroughly and lubricate them to see if that is the source of the problem but I've struggled to find any instructions on how to do that without damaging anything. If anybody here some details or links to resources they're willing to share I'd greatly appreciate it. The top lever and safety/selector are both pretty stiff too so I need to take apart the action (I don't think it's had a decent service in a while) so if you have any details about that too it would probably come in handy. Cheers, Chris

After going from my Baikal O/U to an Ugartechea SxS in three months I decided to keep my Ugartechea and get something a bit more modern, So I nipped along to Norgas Cartridge Company and purchased myself a Mossberg Maverick 88 in 12 Bore from my good buddy Webber, as always top service with loads of advice and a good natter when purchasing a new gun. What do you chaps think of Pump Action Guns compared to Side By Sides and Over and Unders or Semi Autos.

Ok so I have 2 Browning B325's both built in 1988. One must of had a little more use than the other and is a little loose. Only in the opening of the gun there's no movement anywhere else but because the barrels drops open so easily I'm worried they'll be causing more ware in other areas, for example the metal that stops the drop of the barrel. My question is, how easy is it to tighten them up and is it a DIY job. I'm reasonably competent with this sort of thing so I'm hoping it's an issue I can tackle myself.
