  1. While on the look out for a new larger gun safe recently, i came across the Buffalo River Diamond Line range. The 14 gun seemed like a half tidy safe for the money, quite a bit cheaper than the Sentry Safe I wanted but better quality and more importantly a different locking system to the Buffalo River Gold Line safes that quite a few people had issues with. Try as I did to find photos of the interior, all i could find was the same stock images on all the websites that sold it... I hate buying something without knowing what i'm buying especially when its over five hundred quid so thought now I had one I would post photos incase anyone else was thinking of getting the same safe. The lighting isnide does not come with it, its something I installed using 12v LED tape and when i fit it a switch like a fridge door so the light goes off when the doors closed For anyone interested in my thoughts on the safe, early days as ive only just recieved it but it seems pretty good for the money.. build quality and finish although very nice are not quite upto that of my old BSA safe but that was the best finished safe I have seen. the keypad system is brilliant and one of the main reasons i went for this safe but i do have some concerns over the life span of the print on the keys as if it wears it will reveal the numbers used (although not the order their pressed) but im guessing thats the case for all keypad operated safes and i know from looking into it that changing the keypads an easy enough operation or even easier I could change the password Anyone who knows me knows how tight I am, so when looking for a new safe spent ages looking for the best deal I could get. I found 'Emma Custom Rifles' in Durham who did a cracking deal and were lovely to deal with. If interested give Rob a ring on 07802 346202. I cant reccomend them enough. this is how it was delivered, kerb side delivery only... weighs 95kg so you will need help getting it in shelf on top right of safe is removale to fit longer guns, at the moment until i extend the shelf I have had to remove it to get my semi-auto in. here it is with the removable shelf in place here you can see the LED tape i used to illuminate it, the lead and connector on the back is for the removable shelf, I can unplug it to remove the shelf.. when I build up the bottom of the shelf an inch to fit my semi-auto the cable will be tight and out of the way heres the inside of the lock box... carpet lined as the rest of the safe is. At the moment the action of my trap gun is in there waiting for the woodwork to come back from the refinisher
