  1. Hi all, just thought i would share with you the result of my latest winter gun project. I had the chance recently of a old falcon fn 19 for the sum of £140, the gun had issues with jamming up and not cocking properley. After doing a bit of research it was obvious the gun could be repaired and i took the chance on buying the gun. After stripping the gun down i found mashed up lead pellets in the hammer assembly and after a good clean up everthing was working again. The gun held air ok but as you might expect, being pre anti tamper had been played with and the power went anywhere from 14ftlb to 16ftlb Any way with a standard hammer spring now put in and some tuning over the chrombo the rifle now shoots smooth at 11.6ftlb. I replaced the plastic magazines with an alloy one which i picked up for £15, so total cost of the gun £155 I refinished the stock myself and i am pretty chuffed with the outcome I shot some groups today with pleasing results. before and after.
