To cut a long story short, I was speaking to a neighbour of a friend who has a Fox problem. Whilst talking to her the conversation some how got onto the RSPCA and that she used to work for them as an inspector(which surprised me as she was up for controlling the fox problem!) She then informed that that the reason she left was that she was not happy with the RSPCA useing their funds to pay for the vet bills for people on Housing benefit! She ended up spending all her time dealing with abusive, rude people, demanding money for their vet bills. It appears that if you are on Housing benefit you can get the RSPCA to pay for ANY vet bill! I wounder how many supporters would think twice about donating their hard earned cash if they knew it was going to pay for some chav,s trophy dog, whilst lack of funds means that numerous animals are put down! edit: title should say "Their" dont know how to edit title!!
