dunganick
if im honest not much hornet factory ammo is any good, the hornet is a round that suits handloading much better. ive seen the results of some winchester stuff and its doing 3/4 inch at 100, compared to 1/4 " that the handloads do, and i dont like any of the bullets that it comes with, i wont use lead tip, only balistic tips, lots of expansion no runners moto of this story, learn to handload, you will save a bomb in the long run when reloading hornet, its an expensive round
Cal
Thanks Nick . I will eventually reload i think, but not just yet. 3/4 inch at 100 sounds good enough for me , as i wont be going much further than 150, 200 max. I was told by a few that shot the RWS in hornet, that it was deadly accurate. I just wanted a few more opinions.
