Good advice above - just do the very basics and be tempted to mess around with it!

 

I would advise getting yourself a tube of Molycote - the grease is essential when removing/replacing the bottle.

 

The Rapid Mk1 is a fantastic gun. I shoot with shotguns and also with a friend and his .22 - but popping out with the rapid in summer when there's lots of bunnies around is a truly superb evening! They are SO quiet.

 

I bought my rapid with the first bonus I ever received at work about 15 years ago - it was my dream gun when I grew up! I would never part with it. My only disappointment is that my Son is left handed so I can't hand it down to him.
