chrispti
Evening all. I am looking at having my O/U shotgun properly fitted and was just wondering if anyone has used the gunsmiths at the Lambert & Wiltshire gun shop in Ringwood I was in the shop on saturday making some enquiries and the gunsmith did an eye test with me and then watched me mount the gun a few times and said the comb is way too high for me, therefore the gun will shoot high. He suggested I get measured up on their ''try'' gun and have my stock adjusted accordingly. He then went on to say he would make the comb level as opposed to a slope, then, no matter where my head is on the stock I will get the same sight picture The man more than likely knows his stuff but Im just a bit paranoid as once hes ''butchered'' the stock there's no going back Cheers Chris
soreshoulder
i think they will bend it not cut it, and it can be bent back to its original shape.
