Jim727
Hi, I have just sold my FAC Shotgun, I took it to a local RFD so they could post it to the buyers RFD.I have received my money and the gun is on the way to the buyer, but what do I do next, when I conntact my FLO what do I need to tell them. bigstevouk
You need to put it in writing ( to local firearms not FLO ) that you have sold your fac shotty and if you still want that slot for another ask for a replacement slot.... humperdingle
As its an FAC shotgun, you'll need to fill in a "One for One" variation - Assuming you want to reserve the right to buy another FAC shotgun or rifle. If you don't, you just need to send a disposal of firearm form, giving the details required. Some firearms depts accept emails or letters outlining the details.
