Gary H
Hi Guys Just fitted a trigger kit to my 17 hmr cz 452 simple straight forward job. Before fitting large amount of creep now much better but still an element of creep, used largest diameter tube but only 2 came with kit basically i would presume it needs a little larger diameter tube to take up the creep.Anyone out there had similar problems if so what was your solution. Billy.
Any larger and you risk having a rifle that can go off at any time. Just try all the combinations and see what suits you. Personally I'm not fussed if my gun fails a drop test, but you might want to check yours before loading a round into it. THEINVISIBLESCARECROW
Use it & see if you grow to like it. No creep & light spring needs a steady touch. I have a Timney on mine. Pass the bump test no problem but so light you touch the trigger to fire, I'm used to it but extra care needed in cold weather with frozen fingers. No matter, my finger stays out of the trigger gaurd untill I'm ready. Stick with the creep, you'll gain nothing. My HMR has a YoDave No 3 spring & no tube. Feels a totally different trigger. When looking through the scope ready for the gentle squeeze I don't think about the trigger. If your rifle is new, It might be worth wearing it in first with a few hundred rounds anyway. Unless you want to polish the sear.
