racingfrank7
Right i'm after some help on trying to find a new butt pad for my browning medalist. It has the factory black thin plastic one at the mo, but i could do with a bigger pad as the gun is a touch short and i would like a bit more comfort when shooting lots of clays or the heavier loaded shells for game. I have a al391 as well and that came with two rubber pads in the box, thats the type of pad i'm after, or the new berreta gel techs, but for a browning. When doing a bit of a search or net there wasn't anything fitting the bill. Any one else had this ? If so what you do ? Cheers
Cosd
I'm not sure if you can get one off the shelf. My Medalist has an extension fitted, it's black and looks like it was bought oversized and shaped to fit. I'm sure a decent gun shop will have something like I have described. Sorry I can't be more technical! Here's a picture of mine: http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/ind...amp;hl=medalist Edited January 5, 2010 by Cosd
racingfrank7
Thanks for that, ive seen them and yea you do make them fit, it would do the job on the length front but not much on the comfort ! Has any one got or tried a Bisley adjustable butt plate ?
