Egg
Hi all, As the title states, I'm looking for someone willing/able to do the following at reasonable cost to my HW98's barrel & shroud: Shorten barrel from 410mm to 370mm Cut 1/2" UNF on muzzle for moderator fitting & crown muzzle Shorten barrel shroud so it's flush with the base of the thread, light chamfer/crowning to the end of the shroud B&C/Shotmaster Tuning are a no-no as their lathe's too small/draw-tube's too shallow to accept barrel & breech-block. Any ideas?

Egg
Unfortunately I'd already contacted Elmor via the BBS and his lathe's draw tube's too small as well Jega. Cheers for going to the bother bud Any workshop I've contacted locally has looked at me as though I was Bin Laden - what a PITA just to get a spot of dead-easy lathe work done Edited January 20, 2010 by Egg

Egg
Neil's quoting £50 for the work - a bit spicy for me but if that's the going rate then that's the rate I'm going to pay. Still hoping for a source in the £30-£40 bracket.
