bionicle
Looking to get an off road vehicle, needs to be diesel and manual. The 2/3 I'm looking at is the 3 door disco or the fortrak. I have around £2000 to spend and was wondering what your thoughts are on this, I've also considered the Isuzu Bighorn. Thought / suggestions please
crazyfarmerboy
Fourtrak has a superb engine, so if you can seek out one that is not rusty on the rear arches they seem to do well, disco's are also good but look for rust in the rear floor under matt, basically give them a good poke around, and look under carpets where there a likely damp spots, 100,000 miles on each disco or fourtrak would be fine, i would not go for anything over about 130,000 personally
vampire
Trooper/fronteras,overlooked and underated,my mate uses his 90 and i use swb frontera, his is the vechicle i have always wanted £10,000,mine was £950 and is more comfy has done every thing the 90 has,we are both impressed with frontera and prefer it to go out shooting in especially for lamping, sure the designer must have been a rabbit shooter,4 clips and the whole rear roof comes off. If you are defo after one of these, have a look on www.muddyfronteras.com they are a helpful bunch.
