activeviii
I'm want to draw the ducks to a few ponds and streams in the area i can shoot over, rather than just waiting for the odd one to turn up. i have had a few off one stream this year but would like to try drawing more in next sesson. after reading as much as i can find about feeding wheres and whens i have now one main flaw in my grand plans.... where to get feed from at the right price. can anyone point me in the right direction please and how much are we looking to pay for the feed. in the gloucester area thanks in advance for your guidance gents All the best Phil. monkeymagic1969
Probably a bit late in the year now, but if you ask some of your local farmers who plant and harvest the crops, they will sell you some and normally at a better rate than others. Phil. The reason he has a mountain of the stuff is that he will hold it till the price goes up  as for price Last time i checked was about 120 pound per ton As for your few bags i think you will find if the birds find it a few bags would last all of a few weeks

monkeymagic1969
you'll be lucky if 1/2 a ton will last you 2 weeks if the ducks find it a pond i fed this last season was taking 3 bags every 2 days!!! - remember only 20 bags in 1/2 ton, so if you've got a few ponds then as i say it won't last long
