ab1964
According to the BDS website: http://www.bds.org.uk/deer_stalking_certificate_level_1.html - you have three years to complete testing once registered. Below is an excerpt from the link above. "Large Game Competency Assessment A multiple choice written paper with 40 questions drawn from a bank of 182. Pass mark required 80%. You are required to pass all five assessments before being awarded the Level 1 certificate. Exemption from taking the Large Game assessment may be given to anyone providing proof of having previously gained an acceptable qualification covering this element. If you have passed only some of the assessments you will be sent a referral form which will enable you to complete the remaining assessments at any other approved assessment day within the 3 year registration period. If you have registered with an assessment centre it is not mandatory that you take all the assessments with that particular centre. You may take your assessments at any approved assessment day run by a DMQ Approved Assessment Centre within the registration period of 3 years. Once this 3 year period has lapsed you must re-register (your assessment centre will have details)."
