gwb
Hi Chaps Took my gun to the local clay ground for a practice. On the way through the car park, the zip broke gun fell out. Leaving small dent in the wood work and slight scratch on the action. Beretta slip went in the bin. Now I am planning on writing a letter of complaint to GMK. What do you guys reckon, go for it or a complete waste of time. Cheers

Take it that it was fairly new?
BlaserF3
Take it back to the shop where you bought it. I doubt if they will pay for repairs to the gun though, and use the experience as a lesson learned, in future carry the gun with the zip at the top, not at the bottom. gwb
Cheers Message sent to GMK. I will be very interested to see if I get any answer. Well they have responded and offered to replace the gun slip, only snag being that I threw it in the bin. It may be possible that the binmen have not collected and I may be able to get it. gwb
A quick update. Great customer service. GMK were more than helpful with replacing the slip, collected an updated model from Parcel Force this morning.

BlaserF3
I'm glad you got it replaced, I wanted a stock nut for my auto but they would not sell me one directly, that's why I said they were trade only.
