malkiserow
This guy seems quite good and not your average nutter on youtube. I am sure some of you technical wizards will have some opinion on the effectiveness of this DIY for close range stuff - maybe for a moderated .410 or a rimmy? >>> Click Me <<< Maybe it is all too much phaff and awkward to use? radio1ham
i dare say it could be adapted to use with a scope if it was made into a smaller box and providing you could adjust the focus of it to work with a scope and a decent IR illuminator aswell i guess it would be half decent but seeing as the guy has use led`s they dont give off a great deal of light anyway but a good IR illuminator would make a good lot of difference if i had an old video camera i may of had a go at making one my self but its always a thought for them long winter nights when its to wet to do anything
albob
interesting but,the comparison to sony nightshot ,was a bit weak as the sony has a low ir but,if you use a seperate ir for the sony you can see a hell of a lot better. lot of people are using and experimenting with the sony nightshot camera and getting good results and without the faffing about as in that video and using it as an add on. al
