Axe
I have just been reading up on the CCI Shorts and Longs. The main benefit I can see being the reduced power of 32ft/lb at the muzzle, making it a more useable round in defined areas. But I also read that the round produces less sound when fired. Is the later more of a benefit making the shorts/longs considerably worth while, or are they not really worth the bother?
dunganick
i hear they gum up your chamber, personally i still wouldnt use 32ftlb in a confined area, they are quieter, but then a silenced rimfire isnt much to write home about anyway. i would put it through my gun at risk of upsetting its accuracy. my gun has only been fed one type of ammo, it shoots it better than could be expected and im not going to mess around with it.
