Wookie
I know a couple of people on here have been known to go after Bambi once in a while and I was wondering if anyone near Cambridge did it and, if so, would not mind me trying to blag some venison the next time that they get any in. Of course, a small donation to their ammunition/drinks fund would definately be happening for that and if they had any pheasant going spare.... Good christ, I sound like such a *****, but since moving away from the paddocks of my last place to the terraced "heaven" of Sapley, I've not been shooting since May and, as such, I've been avoiding supermarket meat pretty much since then too. I know I should be out trying to get a permission for me and the FN12, but work etc... Anyway, if anyone near me is going on/has been on a shoot and has spare game, please let me know. Hell, if you want, I'll even beat for you. James
henry d
Why not go to the nearest estate and ask if you could buy game in the feather at game dealer prices, which up here are £1 a brace I have got 2brace of pheasant and a brace of duck this fortnight and if all goes to plan a brace of partridge tomorrow! All just for asking.....Go for it
Wookie
Do they have estates near Huntingdon? I thought the only thing they had like that to me was a housing estate.... Cheers for the tip though, I'll see what I can dig up on t'internet. Failing that, I think I might actually have to "buy" something from a super market... Not ideal though Wookie
