i saw this gun at the newark show and was well impressed so now i have had the gun now for just over 3 weeks and all i can say is ,it a proper bit of kit. load the first cartridge and it chambers it for you instantly ,then you can add the second two,the gun is very light 7 1/2 pounds ,will cycle 3 1/2s, the bigger the cartridge the better, has very little musle flip ,and has a exellent range of front sights ,wich all interchage, ie different shapes, round, triangular ,large ,small and the nicest bit no forend screw just push on and locks into place ,so anyone thinking of getting one i would say go for it you wont be dissapointed well priced gun and exellent to shoot

Very nearly got one myself, never fired one but they do feel very nice in the shoulder.

As Id be using it mostly for wildfowling and being a fan of Beretta's kick-off recoil reduction system, the A400 will suit my needs and has my name all over it (when the camo version is realised of course)

me and a mate ordered one each nine months ago as the gun shop where we ordered them from did not know anything about them but then another mate called to the shop to get carts and rung us up to tell us the said guns where in . so quick as a flash we went down and they where in so had some explaining to do with the wife and as you guessed it been out about 6 times with it now and it does cycle well . used my first slab up today 32gram 6s . also really impressed with the feel and weight and points well . the first time we went out we had improved cylinder in it and i could not hit anything with it , also my mate had the same choke in his and could not hit out aswell . so now a change in chokes and the pigeons just drop out of the sky . the maxus must be that good as my mate who already has one is trading his ulrika 2 in for another one , his berretta is only 5 months old so that says alot and his son will use it

cheers.......................pmiddy
