berthaboo
its down to dominance they have either been kept separate or its due to them being ready to mate as its ferret fun time now
shadowz
seperate or castrate. Its breeding season so hobs will get rough and fight this time of year. if castrated they can live together - if not you will need to seperate

steve0146
cheers guys will get them the snip... The snip and castration are very different. With the snip, they still have the urge to mate and nothing changes except being able to produce young. Castration takes all the urges away. Castration takes all the urges away. not always so, I have 4 castrated hobs in with 5 jills, the "hobletts" still mate with the jills also have 3 intact hobs, that are housed together throughout the season, they all know their pecking order, but never fight its all down to the individual ferrets, no two are the same,
