Or 4 have someone make the existing stock into an adjustable comb? If it's a nice gun and you got it for free then it might be worth spending the money? Dibs Posted May 2, 2010 Report Share Posted May 2, 2010 Where are you based? Never been keen on having wood bent but some good gun stock workers can just re head the stock. My local shop does this for £50 which includes any cast alterations as well (Eastern Sporting in Essex). If you can find a good gun smiths who can do a fit, it is a simple job and cheap enough.
