Shooting oppotunities around the Hoxne area

I'm probably going to ask a question thats been asked a million times before on previous postings so please bare with me.

I've recently relocated to Hoxne (Suffolk) from Essex and I'm on the look out for shooting oppotunities.

I've already been in touch with a few PW members and I thank you for your responses.

I'm looking to get out and try and bag myself some pigeons, I'm not after huge numbers (partly down to my shooting/partly down to my wife being a veggie) but I just enjoy going out and watching the world go by.

I'm surrounded by rape fields and so approached the local farmer but was politely (ish) turned down.

Nil desperandum, Is there anyone who has any contacts/ideas?

I hail originally from that neck of the woods (Diss) and I never had a problem around there for shooting, most of the landowners are pretty ok about it.

I only gave up all what I had because I moved 25 miles away and it was a bain to travel back and forth.

 

Keep looking, one knockback in your area mean nowt in the big scheme of things.
