border Scott
My black lab pup is about 10 weeks now and getting bigger everyday and settling in to a routine well. She is sitting when told and doing wee retrieves of a tennis ball really well. Iam really happy apart from the nipping and chewing of people. Ive tried yelping and putting her back in the cage but its not getting through. I tried a tap with two fingers on the nose but she just then thinks she is a terrier and chews a bit more. I know she is very young but can i get some new ideas to stop this or at least a bit of reasurance that this stage will pass. cheers Scott

fortune82
My Cocker did it until he was about 4 months old then stopped. A good firm no helped but I found the best thing was to give him a little bite on his ear!
cockercas
Ive tried yelping and putting her back in the cage you shouldnt use the cage as punishment or she will be reluctant to go in and see it as a negative thing
