Davy Holt
Hiya, Went back to the new farm tonight armed only with the Rapid,, as I had gave it a service last night it was a case of setting the sights back up and check it on the chrono before I did anything annoyingly even after the service the gun is still sitting at 26ftb :yp: As I walked up through the yard I spotted the first victim, a Jackdaw on the roof of the shed around 60 yrds away one mill dot high and thud dead jacky which unfortunately got stuck in the gutter B) I then set myself up tight against the hawthorn hedge near to one of the sitty trees, it didn't take long for the Woodie to come in and land then be smacked on the head with a lump of lead It took about 20 min for the next visitor, A carrion crow came in and landed on the top branch, it was given the same treatment and was sent tumbling through the branches. It was followed by another woodie around 15 min later, then a feral off the shed roof as I headed back down through the yard. Before heading home I took a last walk round and spotted a half grown rabbit at the edge of one of the fields and after a wee bit of stalking it was added to the bag
