gixer1
Not being a target shooter or having any experience of the ranges such as bisley etc I was wondering if there is a time limit you have to set a group when target shooting? The reason I ask is usually when I shoot at targets zeroing my rifle my first shot (cold barrel) is usually close to the bull and the group changes from there (i usually just fire 3 or 5 shots one after the other and the go have look to see how the group looks. So do you get a time limit for 3 or 5 shot groups in comp's? Regards Gixer Edited August 28, 2010 by gixer1

Regards Gixer Never done three shot groups, yeah it is often timed but i doubt if there is a std set time my experiance says depends on how many turn out. Most shoot thier 5 shots quite quick so as to get consistant wind etc. Right hand load left hand eject single shot bench guns are that way for a reason
