Mr Majyk
If you had a fixed choke shotgun would it be possible to send it of to a gunsmith and have it threaded to accept chokes? much in the same way a rifle will be threaded to accept muzzle breaks or silencers? HW682
I believe that is what they do. You're question has been asked a few times (last time quite recently) and Teague always seem to get recommended. Scully
Are you sure you want a multi-choke? Unless you shoot both trap and sporting, personally I wouldn't bother. Most people, once they get used to their gun, stick with 1/4 and 1/4 or 1/4 and 1/2,which willsuffice for 99% of all shooting. I can understand how a relative newcomer to shooting can grow to believe that swapping chokes around means you'll hit more, but that simply isn't so. Teague do a very good service I believe, but unless your gun is choked at either end of the scale(1/4 and full for example) then I wouldn't go to the expense, but instead get your gun fitted correctly and practise a consistent mount.Do this and you'll come to realise just how little difference chokes make.
