Treestalker
Thanks Sir Les.......................................... Another amazing morning. My lads will remember that forever. The geese came in with their pants down and I did feel sorry for that skein of greys that tried to sneak in low and silent but got hammered over the decoys leaving only 3 to get away. My boys shot my Gun on the boundary day afterwards on my shoot and weren't too impressed by flappy young pheasants. They were cheesed off from leaving low birds only to have neighbouring Guns chop them down. Great shooting Martin and good to meet you. Nice pruning job on that oak tree as well. Chrispti you are right....................Martin was very well turned out for a goose flight. You lads from Pompey must be the best dressed and most groomed fowlers in the UK. DoubleTap
Thanks Les, once again you put us under the geese. Cameron and I have certainly got the 'goose fever' now  When Cameron whispered to me that the geese were coming across the field my heart skipped a few beats and when they came round into the decoys... absolutely awsome!! Then after dad failing to impress on a skein, Cameron and I were getting ready to take the **** on the journey to the pheasant shoot before a single came over pushing 55yds when dad folded it up first barrel. Now we prepared ourselves for all the bragging The flight wasnt over yet... a skein of about 30 hopped over the hedge with wings set and heading staright towards the dec's. They then curled round the field and over the decoys before 6 dropped stone dead on the stubble. Excellent! Nice to meet Martin aswell, good shooting Final Tally: 9 Canada's 5 Greys 1 Magpie Thank you Les for always giving us some shots Cheers, Tayler p.s. I struggled to get my lead right on the pheasants in the afternoon Edited October 16, 2010 by DoubleTap

Cam-S94
You're more than welcome mate, always a pleasure. Now tell me about these easy pheasants you missed Basically, Tayler needs to go to Specsavers. I don't need to though. Thank you ever so much for a wonderful time and yet again you have produced excellent results. Didn't even have geese decoy as good as today in Scotland last year, those stealth mode greylag's at the start of the flight were absolutely awesome. Plus first left and right on greylags and first left and right on canadas today. Great to meet you Martin. Cheers once again, Cameron. P.S. I'll see you beating in half term. Can't wait.
