David BASC
As we are at the end of the sasaon, most wildfowling clubs will not yet have had their AGM's etc. However, come Easter time most will have, and club vacancies will become available. Most of these will be published in the BASC magazine Shooting & Conservation. Some of the larger clubs from Hapshire will be on the BASC stand at the CLA Game Fair in July- so why not pop along and have a chat with them. Most clubs will run introduction packages for new members - they won't just take your money and give you a map of the coast! Best wishes David
Country_est
Hi Flash, One of the closest to you would be Chichester Harbour Wildfowlers. I am a member of them as are others on this forum. The recruitment of new members will be from August, and each member has to go thru a "provisional" year, during which you will only be allowed out with a guide. Then after a test you will become a full member and allowed out any & every day from sep 1 till feb 20. If you want any further info please just ask Also there is Kent wild fowlers who shoot on the Medway, so it kind of depends where in Surrey you are. I dont have too much info on the Kent Wildfowlers ,but I am sure some body here will know about them. Cheers Trev
