TJ91
Baikal are good guns tough and cheap, all you need for a starter have a look on fleabay, sometimes there is the rubber pull over stock extenders or get a very thick butt pad that you screw on and cut to size both are fairly cheap and will do the trick

Fishermanpaddy
This one will give you a 25mm extension. It does not sound like a lot but you will definitely feel the difference plus it will absorb a bit more of that legendary recoil. http://www.fieldandgun.co.uk/product-detail.aspx?ID=1894
1in9
Beartooth do a nice Neoprene stock extender, with a selection of inserts to try, which is better than guessing with a set size. Relatively inexpensive as well. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Beartooth-Stock-Recoil-Pad-and-Extender-/390124542326?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item5ad53c1976
